Typical Questions and Answers:


1. How long does it take for my invitations to arrive?
It typically takes 12 working days from when we receive your 'approval for print' to when your invitations are delivered to your door. Please make sure to allow for a few days to receive/check/revise/re-check wording preview.


2. How long does it take to create a wording preview?
It typically takes 2 working days to create and send a wording preview for comments/approval. This is the same when you require changes to a previously sent preview.

3. Do you send invitations abroad?

Yes we do send abroad, including Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Africa. However there will be an additional charge for sending abroad. Exact cost depends on selected invitations, additional items, and destination. Please contact us for a quote before placing an order.

4. Do you send samples?
Yes we do send samples, the cost is £2 per sample.

5. Do you provide invitations, menus etc. in different colour than shown on your website?
We only provide products as on our website.

6. Do you provide custom invitations?
We only provide products as on our website. We do not provide custom invitations, menus etc.

7. What provider do you use to send parcels?

We use Royal Mail for smaller orders (typically up to 80 invitations, however this depends on invitation unit weight) and Parcel Force for larger orders. All parcels are typically insured, tracked, and sign for.

8. What should I do if I received a postage notification email but it is past the stated time frame and I still have not received the parcel?
Please contact us, we will contact Royal Mail and ask for clarification. We will also provide you a tracking number for the parcel in case you want to contact Royal Mail directly.

9. What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?
All our parcels are insured against lost and damage. However, should your parcel arrive damaged, report this to the postman/courier immediately. Alternatively contact us and we will contact Royal Mail and additionally we will provide you a tracking number in case you want to contact Royal Mail directly.

10. Do you work on weekends?
The office and the production department are closed on weekends. However, during very busy times (e.g. just before June) you may get an e-mail from our Customer Service department on weekend or late in the evening.
